My husband and I have worked with John B for years after he and his colleagues installed cameras and an alarm system for us in our home. He was responsive to all our questions and needs over the five years we had a contract with Command. When we needed some guidance obtaining a video of a break-in of my car to submit to the police, John was readily available. The monitoring of the house was user friendly and the company was effective in attending to any alarms.
